Francis is Head of Department of Radiation Oncology at the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore across 2 sites at National University Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He is also the Co-Lead of the Geriatric Oncology service at National University Hospital which he co founded in 2017. Currently, he is also actively involved in undergraduate education in Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor. His other passion is in quality improvement where he recently received the Asian Management Hospital Award for helping developing the QI curriculum in NUH. He currently serves as the secretary in both the Singapore Radiological Society and Chapter of Radiation Oncology in the College of Radiologists, Singapore.
